Attached to the spacious flagship cafe of Chiang Mai roasters Pacamara on Thonglor Soi 25, The Specialty Coffee Lab completes this one-stop coffee community by offering training courses and tasting sessions.

Fully equipped with a roasting room, a cupping room and a coffee making lab, on top of a lecture room, the academy offers courses ranging from coffee fundamentals and basic barista (two days, B6,000) to basic latte art (two days, B8,500). Overseeing the classes are barista champions like Krirkphan Boonsin.
