Hot on the heels of Tribe, the city’s latest spin studio Ryde offers high-intensity cardio workouts fit for both beginners and advanced cyclists.
At this Thonglor studio, they claim you’ll burn up to 500kcal riding to the rhythm in one of their 45-minute classes. In all, there are four types of classes, promising different durations and skill levels, including ASAP, a brief 30-minute workout designed to squeeze into your lunch break.
Drop-in prices are B950 per class, but there are also packages starting from B9,500 for 10 classes—or if you’re quick enough, you can sign up for a free trial ride on their website.
The on-site Loaded juice bar serves cold-pressed juices, infused waters, fresh almond milk and protein shakes, while you can also stay looking fresh at Ryde&Blow salon.
