Buzz: Having opened its first store down in Thonglor four years ago, football boot and kit retailer Ari Football Concept Store has just opened its second branch in Siam Square.

Decor: The three-story shop is serious about its football theme and comes complete with strips of fake grass, seating that resembles soccer benches and football-inspired lighting, as well as grey walls and black metal stairs. Goods are displayed neatly according to brand: first floor is Adidas and Mizuno, second is Nike and third is Puma. We particularly like the cozy waiting room, with its brick walls, warm lighting, TV and PS3. Oh and the rooftop doubles as a mini football pitch with fake grass and a goal.

Goods: Football boots, trainers, clothing and equipment from top brands like those mentioned above as well as Lotto and Umbro. The store also does personalized jerseys, kicks, gloves and bags; get your name printed from B750 for non-members and B500 for members. Boots start from B4,500, clothing from B1,000 and equipment from B650.

Why you’ll be back: For the huge selection of football goods, the fun, laidback setting and the footie-fanatic staff. Nutthachai Bunluthangthum
